Questions before you start
Will the ads show my real product?
Yes, if the product has a photo. We send your product photo and logo along as reference images, so the model rebuilds your actual packaging instead of a lookalike. Check the label and small text on every ad before you run it; image models still slip on tiny print.
Can the ads promise discounts or reviews I don't have?
Not by accident. Prices, offers and ratings can only end up in an ad when they appear in your brand kit or product details. We fill those from your own site, and we remove any number or offer the copywriter makes up. If you type a claim into a headline yourself, the ad will not render until the same offer or review is listed in your brand kit. Anything you add to the brand kit by hand is your word, not something we checked, so only add what is true.
Which sites can it read?
Most shops work, including Shopify and WooCommerce, which also give us your products and prices. Some sites block automatic visits. Then you fill in the brand by hand: name, logo, colours and a few products. That takes about two minutes.
Do I get the ad copy too?
Every ad comes with its headline, button text and the post text above it. "Download" gives you a ZIP with the images and an ad-copy.csv you can paste into Meta or TikTok Ads Manager.
